Who: Featured Speaker – Linda Miller

Linda grew up in Alexandria and attended TC Williams High School. She began rowing in 9th grade and rowed in the TC Williams Varsity Women’s 8+ in 1988-1990. Linda rowed on the Junior National Team while at TC Williams and went on to attend Boston University and George Washington University on athletic scholarships. After college, Linda trained and competed full time as a member of the U.S. National Rowing Team from 1997-2000. During that time, Linda won medals at 2 World Championship, 3 World Cups, and 4 National Championships. She earned a spot on the U.S. Olympic Team in 2000 and competed in the Games in Sydney, Australia, in the Women’s 8+ which finished in 6th place. Linda Miller is a Principal with Grant Thornton, LLP.
